l have been riding about 2 years about once or twice a week more or less, but im starting to ride in the park and not afraid to pick up speed and go down big hills. I am about 5'6 and 110 lbs. Any suggestions on an all mountain board and new boots and bindings? l say new boots cuz my current 1 is are uncomfortable.

hit the local sports shops & talk to the pros about a package that works best for your budget.

First off, spend the most u can on boots; the more the better. Do not cheap out. Check out DC, K2, Nitro, Burton (high end ones only), Celsius, Vans, Salomon.

For sizing l would say a 144-146cm would be a good size for all mountain.

Almost every decent board company out there will have a good all mountain board so l will just name a few.

It will be hard to find an all mountain board in ur size so just keep researching for some boards that come in a 144-146cm.
