is this a good snowboard for beginner freeriders? anyone have any experience with this board? how is it compared to the Rome Anthem? which one should l get?

If your a beginner overall, l would recommend the Rome anthem over the other

my reasoning: Your a beginner, you dont quite know what you want yet
F1 might be a better board, but you wont really notice it unless you ride something else.
Beginner boards might turn into beater boards.

Once you get a feel for your riding style, then you can decide which route to take.

definitely dint get the rome if your a beginner learn on the f1
besides it will probably turn into a beater.

buy the f1 better to start with quality. somethings you should not cheapout on, ridings one of them. my first board was 600.00, brd only. it is still runnin that was 16yrs ago.

The Never Summer Premier is the obvious better board. It is pretty much a freeride/powder only board. If u know u r not going to venture into the park anytime soon & u know u r going to stick to the sport, this is the obvious choice.

The Rome Anthem is an all mountain board that is a ''jack of all trades''. If u want to do park, freeride & powder this is the board to choose. The anthem is probably about $100-150 cheaper so if cost is a factor then u may want to consider the anthem.

l am quite biased since l own a Never Summer myself so l personally would go with the Never Summer just because l love the company & they make solid boards & have an amazing warranty. Make sure decision based on the information l gave you.
