l live in new york and i'm planning on getting a new burton board. it is a 2009 model. when do the stores get their new shipments of 2009 boards???

The stores probably are receiving them now, nut have not set up their winter displays yet. Look for them to go up around the end of September or beginning of October. Or go online, if you know what you need. Store.burton.com has the 2009 stuff, as well as several other sites, like eternalsnow.com.

What part of NY do you live in?

If it is the city, the flagship store in SoHo had them stocked a while ago. Otherwise, a lot of retailers are getting in their 09 stock around now. Most websites already updated their sites with 09 gear.
