I am an advanced rider,I've been doing it for about 9 years but I've never gone much smaller than a 160. l figured a 160 is already pretty small, but was wondering if l should drop it down even more to get better at spins and rails?

no you should stick to a 160.

go to http://frostyrider.com/tips/size-guide.htm and put in all your info and it will give you an appropriate size range for you as well as some board suggestions if you wanna buy.
i put in the stuff that you gave and it says around a 159 to 160 so l think your set. if you go smaller it will be pretty unstable when cruisin and you already feel comfortable on a 160ish so why change

whatever you are most comfortable with, most people prefer something a little below the shoulder (atleast in my experience). But seeing as how your 6'2, the 160 is probably right in that range, stick with that!

If anything buy a lighter board.

160 is definetly in your range, if your used to riding 160 n dont have any complains then stick with it! nothing much to add, the above me got it all
