l wanna replace the small plastic piece to fix it, but l do not know where to find one!

l believe the only way you can probably replace it is if your boot is a newer model then can go to mnfct is website send it in or order one from them. you wo not likely find it anywhere else

you could go back to the store where u bought it and they might have them, if not ask them to order one or where you can find them.
