What is probably the best park board for jumps and street, l was thinking of the '09 K2 WWW, what else is good. and a smaller board is supposed to be better for only park because it makes you spin faster

l am a similar build. little taller and heavier. Defineately a 148+. 148 could be ok if you're going PARK ONLY.. but that is really small for your size. Jussi 154 is a park freestyle board that is pretty nice.. seems like alot of places are already sold out. You can not just get a shorter and shorter board either. it needs to have some size for balance.

If you're only using it for rails & street riding then it would be good. Will be super fun to play, press, & spin with.
Obviously too short for other riding (park jumps, halfpipes, freeriding, powder)

Your man concern is going to be the WIDTH of the board, since most short boards r too narrow for my boots (sz11)
Also, why spend so much cash on a 2008 board that is for street & rails? You're just going to thrash it in a few months.. or less. why not get an 07-08 board or a used one?

l am about the same height and weight. l own a 07 k2 anagram and its a 155. l say definitely go 148 plus because l can pull a 360 easly with a 155 and l am good at rails and plus you will grow into it and it will last longer

well l have an 08 WWW and im a little taller then you, l have a 151. well K2 is coming out with two or three different styles of the WWW next year. i'm a snowboard instructor and the 145 should be just fine.

l reckon u will be better off going for 151. Smaller board mean u will have more control on rails, boxes & small kicker but if you're thinking of hitting a 50+ ft. kicker u will have to look at a bigger board to give u the stability when u land ur trick. If u will be hitting the parks & street rails. l would recommend a cheap board so that u can afford for it to break them since they will be sliding rails a land on concrete often.
eg. Bataleon - Evil Twin, Burton - Dominant , K2 - Anagram, Forum - Youngblood, Ride - DH, Stepchild - Kool Trick Stick, Volkl - Jibster SQD, Rome SDS - Artifact & try Lib Tech - Banana if u can afford it.
The best way for u to find out what board is right for u is go down to ur local store & talk to the staff, also talk to ur friends & people on the mountain. And try it ur self on the Demo day.
