anyone have any good stories how they met a boyfriend or girlfriend while snowboarding?

I've never gotten a bf from snowboarding but i've been flirted with a ton. snowball fights, riding under the lift & guys yelling things at me like, ''Hey beautiful'' ''your goggles r hot'' ''heyy youuu'' ''look, there is a babe!'' & i've seen guys give their numbers out before. I've been asked if l was single.
i think probably the best way is riding up with a girl & asking questions & getting into a good conversations. complimenting them or their style. l ride at a smaller mountain though so we usually get to know the usuals well & see our friends all the time.
wish l was more of a help, all l do is flirt back with the guy that flirted with me.

With a big smile and lots of persistence. Just stay with one at a time and be friendly. You only have one chance to make a first impression.

Usually they come to me, but to pick them up try to get a lift with them and start to talk about runs and stuff, and them ask if you want to go board for a bit, then from there on you get the picture.

-show off ur tricks & help a girl out.

-try & talk to one on the lift or in line.

-or u can talk to one in a snowpark

-give some advise encourage her make a joke or two (funny ones & not loser ones)

-say stuff about yourself & ask her about herself.

-talk about music / films / love / gossip (see what she likes)
just get the conversation started & do not be a nerd. lol

Falling while getting off the lift is always a good place to start. The best is boarding down the mountain, staring at the girl of your dreams, then finishing with a dandy face plant. Once girl stops laughing, she will come over and then you can insert your corny pick up line and you're off!

Wow. Now this question takes us back to the 80s.. When girls who coulndt even ski (which was back then) hung out to pick up the guys who do ski. Now today, it realates to us when were in the park. When youre just parked in there, like go sit down next to one and work your magic...its worked for me at least twice.
