Im working in Whistler this season and ive never snowboarded before. So im buying a few items on ebay, and in the shops and possibly when l get into Vancouver. Just wondering if people can recommend any decent makes of goggles, helmets, jackets, snowboarding pants etc That dont break the bank but then again aint cheap and tacky.

Seen a few things in TKmax to get me started till l get out there, where l will have more choice and a better idea etc

Ive been boarding for about 6 years now and l had the same question as you lol. l found that SPY* optics had good googles for my price range and for jackets and pants l would suggest Columbia* there stuff is good quality and very durable and there prices arent bad either. Hope l was some sort of help if you have any other questions feel free to ask :)
