l have a boot size 7 in burton womens; what size bindings should l get?

All binding brands have their own sizing guide but most high end ones can fit two sizes such as S/M l/XL, l would think the S/M category for you but that would also depend on the brand of bindings.

Id have to say S/M because a Large would be way to big. and if your looking to spend a chunk a change and get your moneys worth l suggest the Burton Cartel EST because the ease of customizing them to your liking is beyond belief. And if your not getting those make sure to get the bindingins with the toe straps to go over tyour toes. Youll feel a differnce in a toe turn believe me.

You should probably get a small to medium size binding. You dont want to get a large or else your boot will be moving around your binding

l would say a S/M for most brands, but all brands of bindings have slight differences in sizing and fit (even from model to model of the same brand.) Your best bet would be to bring your boots with you when you go to shop for bindings. That way you can physically strap into the binding and check the fit.

This saves you the headache of finding out they are not a good fit once you've paid for them and get them home. Or worse when you go to ride for the first time.
