I am just interested in case something happens to my board.It is a brand new 07-08 snowboard burton custom. l won it off of ebay and it is actually from sierra but how do l know if it is still under the warranty? does it have warranty?

Its one year from the date of purchase from an authorized dealer.

So as long as Sierra is an authorized dealer, you have one year. If not, then you would have to see if they have a warranty program of their own.

Otherwise, no warranty. Do not worry though, the likelihood of you needing warranty service to begin with is low.
