l am 5'10'' tall and l weigh about 215 lbs. l wanna learn how to snowboard soon but do not know what people will think when they see me snowboarding.

No way! l work at a snowboarding resort and l see bigger dudes shredding all the time. Just remember your first three times are usually alot of falling and you are on your butt alot. And It really starts to get fun, once you learn how to carve on both back and toe edge. Shred and have fun brotha !

Definetly get a wider and bigger board though for stability

My boyfriend is 6'4 and 230 lbs. He is starting his second season snowboarding. You are not alone. But l would def. rent or buy a board that is at least 160+. Good luck and have some fun out there! Forget what ppl think.

Nah, you're not too big! l have a friend that is 6'1'' & weighs 260, & he can shred! I'd go & rent equipment for ur 1st & 2nd times, as they will tell u what size board u need & stuff. Then u can go out & get ur own if u like it enough. If u do decide to go, promise yourself u will go at least twice. The first time, all u end up doing is falling down. You will be swearing to never go again. By the end of the 2nd day, u should start having fun. lol. After that, u will be hooked.

ur NEVER too big :) go for it you will love it:) and trust me some DAD is and MOM is still snowboard so ur not to big or to old:)<3
