When you ride your snowboard do you use a stomp pad or not? Is it better to use a stomp pad??

l personally don’t use one but it is always nice to have a bit more grip when ridding with only one foot in your bindings.. they can also look pretty pimp l think

If you are somewhat of a beginner, like if you have trouble getting off the chairlift, then yes it would help a lot.

l used one for 3 years and found it much easier, but l just got a new board without a stomp pad and it was slippery, but still managable.

if youre a beginner i'd reccommend using one. theyre only like 5-10 bucks

does not matter theyre just for beginners learning to get off the lift

Stomp pads are useful if you're a beginner for getting off lifts, or if you're doing one-footed tricks.

If you do not want to use one, you can just press your foot against the inner side of your rear binding. It works about the same.
