It is really weird. After l snowboard my neck is usually really soar, and I am not soar anywhere else. It does not seem like l use my neck muscles that much when snowboarding.

Depends you could of fell on it and/or you do actually use some of your neck muscles to keep your upper body balance,specially on the real steep runs.

When you lean, you muscles in your neck get stretched, so have some tylonal, rest, and get a soft pillow.

When you're snowboarding, your neck is usually not looking straight. You're usually turning your neck left or right to see where you're going since your body is always sideways. So, you ARE using a lot of your neck muscles.
