do guys think you weird if you wear helmets and black snow gear?pants are black, jacket grey and black with a little green and pink beenie and pink sweater
like if its not volcom and burton snow gear do guys think your ''less'' attractive, even if you can see the persons face?
and is wearing a helmet going to make me looks like a losar?

A helmet will not make u look like a loser. l have snowboarded for about 5 years & wear one now, mainly because I've gotten several concussions & knocked myself out on the mountain from crashing. No one will think you're lame for wearing a helmet.

And as for the stuff you're wearing, all the sweaters & stuff will be covered up by the jacket, so u will just see a grey jacket & black pants, & a helmet (probably black l am guessing) so it all matches, no big deal.

But have fun, do not get frustrated! Everyone falls alot their first time out, but it is fun.

l agree. Snowboarding can be fun but the falls can be painful. If you're smart you will wear helmets, pads, etc. at least while learning, and lose no respect. l would not care what colors you are wearing.

First of all, it is never a bad idea to wear a helmet, especially if you are learning, and no one will blame you for it. As long as you wear goggles, helmets tend to look pretty good. Also, name brands do not matter, as long as it keeps you warm and looks good. l am 16 and love to ride, so any girl that rides is cool in my book.

pretty much every time l go l think about it being lame that l have to wear a helmet but then again, like every two or three trips l will catch an ice patch or just do something stupid and remember why l wear one. when l crash my head into the ground that is :)

Do not worry about what you're wearing and just have fun! And if it makes you feel any better the people out there in like full burton gear are usually the lame ones. it is about style, not brands.

well l think wearing a helmet makes people look like a noob, but what you wear does not really matter, other than that. No it does not really matter what brand gear you use, that is up to you. NO HELMET!

l just bought a helmet on Wednesday when l got to the mountain. It kept my head warmer than a hat!! Some people think they look nerdy but with goggles l think they look hardcore, most of the guys who r really ripping it up wear helmets, not just kids.

Just from looking around on the hill the other day everyone wears something different from everyone else & it is pretty hard to judge someone if they're ''hot'' or not when you're dressed from head to toe with only ur mouth showing. If someone judges u based on what you're wearing they're not worth ur time.

l am a girl & l chat with guys on the lifts all the time, it does not matter what u wear or r riding.
