i'd like to start snowboarding and l do not know where to start. any information on equipment and tips for a beginner are greatly appreciated. l have snowboarded before briefly so l have the whole balance thing down. i'm just wondering products wise for a beginner what would be good? thanks.

For picking ur size snowboard Do not just pick a board between ur nose & chin that is a rookie mistake
You need to take into account a few things ur height,weight,riding conditions,riding style''all mountain,freeride,freestylefoot size & skill lvl
Once u get those nailed down u can narrow down ur board genre & size, Generally people go largest on freeride boards for stable carving & float in pow, Mid range for an all mountain board & smallest for those park rats.

For the board itself try finding one with a moderate to soft flex that will help make it forgiving during turns it will help beginners such as yourself.
